Assault Rifle requires x50 High Quality Metal, x200 Wood, x1 Rifle Body, x4 Metal Spring. You will also need x2 High Quality Metal and x50 Scrap to craft 1 Metal Spring. And of course Workbench Level 3 is required for all AK's crafting.
